Naturally Grown, and Hence Healthy
We grow ginger naturally, without harmful chemicals like pesticides or fungicides. Pesticide use in food cultivation carries real risks to human health — short-term exposure can cause skin and eye irritation and respiratory problems, while long-term exposure has been linked to cancer, birth defects, and reproductive and neurological issues. Regular ginger cultivation typically uses a range of pesticides and fungicides (carbamates, organophosphates, pyrethroids, insect growth regulators), all with harmful potential impacts on human health.
Fresh Ginger, September Through March
Our ginger is grown under natural conditions, pesticide-free, in the best fertile soil, and harvested at the peak of freshness. We guarantee the best quality at the most competitive prices.
Sun-Dried Split Ginger, Year-Round
We sun-dry ginger conventionally: mature, blemish-free ginger is selected, washed, peeled, and sliced into thin rounds or strips, then spread out in the sun and turned regularly for 7–14 days until completely dry. This process preserves the flavor and nutritional value of fresh ginger while making it easy to store and use.
